I’m seeing more and more Gluten free bakeries pop up. I even visited one here in Las Vegas just recently. It seems everyone is catching on to the benefits of having a Gueten-Free diet means.
A gluten-free diet is a diet that excludes foods containing gluten. Gluten is a protein complex found in wheat (including kamut and spelt), barley, rye and triticale.
We are currently not a gluten-free home but the more and more I read about it, the more I’m convinced of its benefits.
