A Date With Red Velvet Pancakes at Baby Stacks Cafe

BabyStacks

Las Vegas is a tiny city, we’ve all heard this.  When there is something good in town…it spread like wild flowers.  I’ve  heard much chatter about this little breakfast bistro and finally I got the chance to try it out.  A friend and I took in this little cafe together.  There are two Baby Stack Cafe’s here in town (Las Vegas) and located on the same street 🙂

They are popularly known for their Red Velvet pancakes served with cream cheese icing.  Now I know why!  If you are a red velvet cupcake fan, there is no way you will not instantly fall in love with these pancakes. Absolutely delicious and can be eaten all by themselves if you choose (because they are that good).  However, feeling compelled to try the sides to this meal I went ahead and ordered the traditional breakfast complete with bacon, eggs and potatoes.

Just as good and not overly salted on the potatoes.  That’s a huge plus for me.  The Red Velvet cupcake lover in me will now have a breakfast favorite.  Baby Stacks also has a wide variety of other classic cakes, pies and bread pancakes that were adapted from their traditional form.   Items such as Carrot Cake, Rocky Road, Banana Cream Pie and more.  If you check out these yummies make sure to tell them TDF (TheDealFanatic) sent you.  Also, don’t forget to bring a good digital book to read because they offer up a healthy serving of FREE wifi.
